GM Secretary cum Guest Relation Executive in a leading 5 star Hotel.

Job Summary:

  • Should have minimum 3+ years of experience worked as a secretarial role
  • Track record of handling administrative and clerical functions with professionalism
  • Should possess great capability to make decisions where precedents are not established
  • Hands of experience of using diplomacy and discretion while handling confidential information
  • Should meet the guest and ask their stay experience and get feedback from them.

Key Skills:

  • Handling Phone Calls
  • Meetings Coordination
  • Guest Welcome letters to be sent
  • Reply mail to be given for guests feedback
  • Regular guest feedback to be checked and it should be forwarded to respective department Hod's.
  • Audit compliance files to be maintained.

Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 PA.
